- Bridging the gap between legal fund setup and day-to-day administration.
- Acting as the central operational coordinator on the Manager side, harmonizing streams across administrators, depositaries, AIFM and legal counsel.
- Ensuring that the target operating model is effectively implemented to support the fund's strategic objectives and investor expectations from the outset.
